A two-founder studio in Baku, building real products and taking on real client work.
We started Naqqash Ventures in 2025. The bet is simple: build a small studio, run our own products, and use a tight client roster to fund the work. No outside capital, no agency model, no growth-at-any-cost theatre.
How we got here.
We met working on the same project in late 2024 and shipped our first joint product — Naqqash Organics — six months later. It started as a side project around Azerbaijani tea export and turned into a real B2B operation with paying buyers. The two products that followed, IELTS Practice and QualifyJob, came out of the same operating habit: pick a real problem, build the smallest version that solves it, ship it inside ten weeks, and learn in public.
Client work was not in the original plan. It came from people we had worked with asking us to build the same kinds of things for them: clean, fast, well-engineered products with no agency overhead. We added a services arm in early 2026 with two lines — social media management and full-stack development — and capped the client count so the work stays on standard. The studio still spends most of its hours on its own products. Client work pays the bills and keeps the team sharp.
Two of us. No middle layer.
Both founders work directly on every engagement. There is no account manager between you and the people building the thing.
Amin
CTO & CEOTechnical co-founder. Full-stack developer with a sales-engineering background. Writes the code, leads the engineering bar, runs the product roadmaps. Most of the studio's own products are built off his initial commits.
Mubariz
COOOperating co-founder. Runs business development, the client roster, and the intern programme. Manages the operating side of the studio so the engineering team can focus on shipping. First point of contact for new clients.

Small and deliberate
Two founders and a rotating intern cohort. We turn down work to keep the roster small. Capacity is the constraint, not demand.
Ship first, polish later
Get a working version in the market in weeks, then iterate against real usage. We do not spend a quarter on a product nobody has touched.

Operating base. The studio runs from Baku on Baku time (UTC+4). Client calls in European and Gulf hours.

Naqqash LLC is registered in Wyoming, USA, with an active EIN. Invoicing and contracts run through the US entity.
