Three products. Built, shipped, in the market.

Everything below is live or in public beta. No mockups, no concept work, no client logos we cannot show. The studio runs the same engineering bar on its own products as on client projects.

Naqqash Organics

sector: agri-export status: live year: 2025 site: naqqashorganics.com

Azerbaijan grows tea in the Lankaran lowlands. The product is good. The supply chain to wholesale buyers in Europe and the Gulf is not. Naqqash Organics is the studio's first product: a B2B operation that buys single-origin tea from a small group of growers and sells it to roasters and importers under sample-and-quote terms.

The website is a sales tool, not a storefront. It carries enough origin detail and grade data for a buyer to start a conversation, and a quote form that lands directly in the operations inbox. The first paid orders shipped in late 2025.

What we built

  • Marketing site with origin pages, harvest notes, and a buyer enquiry flow.
  • Sample-and-quote pipeline tied to the operations inbox.
  • Export documentation templates for EU and Gulf shipments.
  • Cold-outreach sequences and LinkedIn presence for direct buyer contact.

IELTS Practice

sector: edtech status: beta year: 2025 site: ieltspractice.co

IELTS preparation is a crowded market full of paid courses and slow human feedback loops. The opening was speed: a candidate submits writing or speaking and gets band-aligned feedback in under a minute, every time, at a price closer to a coffee than a course.

We started with the writing task because the rubric is the most structured. The model scores against the four official criteria and returns a band, a rationale per criterion, and a rewritten sample. Speaking followed in the next sprint. The platform is in open beta with paying users; the next milestone is a study-plan generator tied to a candidate's target band.

What we built

  • Writing and speaking practice modules with rubric-aligned scoring.
  • Band-targeted study plans and progress tracking.
  • Stripe-based subscription billing with a free trial.
  • Admin dashboard for prompt updates and content moderation.

QualifyJob

sector: hr-tech status: beta year: 2026 site: qualifyjob.com

Job seekers waste time applying to roles they have no chance of landing. Recruiters waste time reading CVs that should have been screened out. QualifyJob sits between the two: paste a job description, upload a CV, get a fit score and a clear breakdown of what is missing.

The first version targets individual candidates running their own job search. A team-tier for recruiters and small in-house HR functions is on the roadmap. Currently in private beta with a waitlist of around four hundred users.

What we built

  • CV-to-job-description matching engine with per-criterion breakdown.
  • Suggested-edit pass that rewrites CV bullets toward the target role.
  • Waitlist, onboarding flow, and usage-based credit system.
  • Public-facing API for partner integrations.

Client work

We are taking on a small number of client projects.

If you have a product you need built or a brand you need a steady social presence for, the studio is a good fit. We work best with founders who know what they want and are happy to be in the weekly demo call.
