Twenty-six to thirty-two remote interns across engineering, design, growth, and operations. Twelve weeks. Real work on real products. Applications open until 1 May 2026.
What this internship actually is.
Real products
You ship to one of our live products — Naqqash Organics, IELTS Practice, or QualifyJob — or to a paying client. Not a sandbox. Not a tutorial repo. Code that runs in production with users on the other end.
Production from week one
Your first PR is merged in week one. We pair you with a founder or a senior intern from the previous cohort, but you own your changes from the start.
Remote and async
Fully remote. Two short syncs per week, the rest is async. You choose the hours. We track output, not time-on-screen.
Structured mentorship
Weekly one-to-one with a founder. Code review on every PR. Mid-cohort and end-of-cohort review with written feedback you can take to your next role.

All roles are remote, twelve weeks, May to July 2026. Stipend paid monthly in USD.
Frontend Developer Intern
React, Next.js, TypeScript. Building product surfaces and marketing pages on our own products and client builds.
Backend Developer Intern
Node.js or Python. APIs, database modelling, third-party integrations, payment flows.
Full-Stack Developer Intern
Cross-cutting work on small features. Comfortable touching the schema, the API, and the UI in one PR.
DevOps / Infrastructure Intern
CI pipelines, deployments, observability, cost monitoring. AWS, Vercel, Railway, GitHub Actions.
Social Media / Content Intern
Posting, copywriting, short-form video and carousels for our own brands and a small set of client accounts.
Growth / Outreach Intern
Cold outreach, partnerships, waitlist conversion, lifecycle email. Comfortable in a CRM.
UI/UX Design Intern
Product surfaces, marketing pages, design system contributions. Figma proficient. Some prototyping work.
Sales / Business Development Intern
Lead research, first-call qualification, written proposals for the services side of the studio.
